We are incredibly proud to celebrate the achievements of our Holy Family pupils who recently represented Darlington at the Tees Valley Cross Country Finals in Middlesbrough.
Competing against some of the region’s strongest young athletes from Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland, and Stockton, our pupils demonstrated outstanding determination, resilience and sportsmanship throughout the event. Each runner put in a fantastic performance, and representing Darlington at such a prestigious competition is a wonderful achievement in itself.
We are delighted to share that Team Darlington were crowned Overall Winners of the event, an incredible accomplishment and a testament to the hard work and dedication of all the athletes involved.
Everyone at Holy Family would like to congratulate our pupils on their success. We are immensely proud of the commitment they have shown and the way they represented both their school and the town of Darlington.
A huge thank you also goes to our families for their continued support and encouragement, as well as to the Darlington School Sport Partnership for providing such fantastic sporting opportunities for young people across the area.
